Discipline = punishment. Its been like that for ages. But that old formula wastes time and money. The focus for leaders needs to be on solving the problem behavior, not punishing it. This workshop focuses on how to work with the staff member with respect, creating a dialogue and platform for the employee to take personal responsibility for solving the issue. Objectives:
